Rafe Colburn and others are inferring from this incident that Weblogger.Com is a rinky-dink or disreputable operation. That hasn't been my experience. I'm a Weblogger.Com customer with lots of nice things to say about the company (great customer service). However, I would be amazed if it could get anywhere with a trademark claim on the word "weblogger," and I can think of nothing that would sour more people on a weblog hosting company than an effort to chase people off that word. ... I used it this morning to discover around six or seven responses that never went anywhere because I completely overlooked them. Radio servers ought to generate an RSS feed of the 15 most recently-posted comments.
