I've run into an undocumented new feature of Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP: Instant crashing. At least a dozen times a day, the browser disappears completely from the desktop during a page load. It doesn't crash; all browser windows simply vanish.

This morning's IE-killers: a Wired feature on HyperCard and a Philly.Com story on Sirius. I suspect it's some kind of table or frame rendering issue, but rather than pore over the HTML and solve this mystery, I'm chickening out.
