InfoGrames and BioWare, the developers of the new NeverWinter Nights online multiplayer version of Dungeons & Dragons, have used the software's end-user license agreement to give themselves an "irrevocable royalty-free right to use and distribute" any scenario created by users if it includes original material created by the user.
