On second thought: Dave Winer doesn't believe in DTDs, so there's not much point to updating the unofficial OPML DTD. This seems like a pretty big blow to interoperability, but I'm not well-versed enough in the religious issues of XML to declare Dave guilty of blasphemy. OTLML, a DTD-based outline markup language, is in the works at Aaronland.
