I just fired up Radio Userland's new instant outliner. If this tool supports group editing of an outline, it could be used for a Python Community Server bug outline and a feature request outline. This kind of "database-on-the-fly" seems like it has real potential for collaboration, though the current beta has my Windows XP box falling into an occasional death spiral.
