The WIPO has taken away the domain bodacious-tatas.com on behalf of the Tata Corporation of India, claiming that it was registered solely to take advantage of the Tata trademark: "The Panel would add additional aggravating circumstances such as the reasonable assumption that the repute and goodwill of the Complainant, the high quality of its goods and services and its standing must have been known to the Respondent since it was on these and other qualitative elements that he built the outspoken sexuality, promiscuity and pornography under the heading of 'bodacious-tatas'." How could anyone conclude that an American smut publisher using bodacious-tatas.com was trying to lure visitors with an Indian trademark rather than referring to a slang expression that means "nice hooters"?
