In one of the Bush commercials running several dozen times a day here in North Florida, there's a scene I can't figure out. As a narrator says that Bush is strengthening Social Security, he is shown at a factory wearing a hard hat and talking to workers. What does that have to do with reassuring the elderly? Doesn't the Bush campaign have video of the guy embracing an octogenarian?
