Slate, which has been impressive throughout this presidential campaign, has asked all of its staff members and contributors to explain who they are voting for and why. One of the oddest is Slate graphic designer (and Nader voter) Josh Payton, who writes, "The optimist in me reminds me that there is always the old dependable presidents' curse, and whoever is elected in a year that ends in zero dies in office. We can only hope."
