Matt Drudge has been fooled by a WHOIS prank, believing that all records beginning with MICROSOFT.COM. are a "disjointed warning" from hackers. WHOIS will accept any valid machine name as a nameserver, and every name beginning with MICROSOFT.COM. will show up when you use WHOIS from a command line.
