Who Would Steal a Honda Odyssey?
I got up this morning to take my son to school and our minivan was missing from the driveway. It had been stolen. I kept pushing the key fob buttons expecting it to magically reappear.
Somewhere in Florida today there is a thief who appreciates the flexible cargo space and peppy car-like handling of the 2012 Honda Odyssey.

More to the point: Would Anyone Buy One? If so, then the answer to your question is anyone who can sell it to them for enough money to offset the effort and risk of stealing it.
The Odyssey is among the least-stolen vehicles in the U.S. I can't imagine the stolen resale or parts potential of a minivan is anywhere close to a sports car or SUV.
The police think it was taken for a joyride.
