CD settlement remains unsettled

There's still no good news for the 3.5 million of us who filed a claim in the class-action settlement with the recording industry for price fixing.

According to the Northwest Indiana Times, our $12.63-per-person payday has been delayed by legal appeals from people who think we deserve more money.

That is the class action cash register that may only need to ring once, if you're a barrister. 3.5M x 12.95/+/- = alot, if there's a standard percentage fee for the legal work just one of these cases can pay a lifetime of bar tabs. These would be the gals/guys who have something to do besides sending cease/desist greetings.
