Linking book sites on Amazon.Com
One of my long-standing peeves about Amazon.Com has been that it doesn't provide a way for readers to find out there's a support Web site for a book. I offer a site for each of my titles, but Amazon doesn't want to risk losing eyeballs, so there's no way to get a link in any "from the author"-type section.I recently bought a cheap 5 cents/click Google Adwords ad to promote Radio UserLand Kick Start. My ad has shown up in an unexpected place -- the book's Amazon.Com page, in the "Customers interested in" section where sponsored links are displayed.
