Pycs offers access control for Radio weblogs

Georg Bauer is extending the XmlStorageSystem API to support access control for the Python Community Server, the open-source clone of the Radio Community Server.

Actually it's not an extension of the xmlStorageSystem API, it's a new namespace that sit's side-by-side with XSS. If one flag in the hosts capabilities is set (flCanHostAccessRestrictions), the host should implement the accessRestrictions namespace.
