Business 2.0 has written a story on Matt Drudge raking in the bucks from his Web site, estimating that he earns $800,000 a year in income from ad sales.
Several times in the article, reporter Geoff Keighley talks about the other writer who works on the Drudge Report, describing him as a "Los Angeles-based reporter who's always on call" but never mentioning his name.
The guy is Andrew Breitbart, a longtime Drudge buddy (and site webmaster) who ran his defense fund and was used in a made-up quote in a story, just to give Drudge an opportunity to slam the New York Times. I'm not sure why Business 2.0 would be so coy about naming him (or why Drudge makes the guy toil in anonymity).
